Hi all
I want to use this post as a middle ground to get the trip organized. the occupants for the weekend I believe will be (in no particular order):
-ash
-amanda
-steph
-sara
-scott
-dave
for my part, im bringing my own clothes and furnishing the occupancy. I've informed scott of the sleeping situation, so he's bringing stuff for that for himself. a list of the stuff that is included is here:

We need to figure out who is bringing what. I'm not opposed to going to K-roger after K-ona, but for things like lawn chairs for around the fire, or firewood that might be less than practical.
So please discuss what we need to bring for the weekend in the comments and if you can't bring it down, maybe someone will else take it.

At the moment, things that I can think of that I can bring and that we might need are:
*eating utensils (I figure no one wants to do many dishes, so if we just use disposable stuff, that might make things easier)
*3-4 lawn chairs
*3-4 pillows, 3-4 towels (for those of us who like to use more than one of these)
*a flashlight
*3-4 blankets
*(scary) movies
*games, cards
I think people should bring:
games
movies
rock band :)
Also, what exactly is the sleeping situation?
i looked on the site, one queen bed, a bunk bed with double and trundle lower and single top
also, sleeping bags with pillows:)
i have chair(s) and flashlights as well
please no scary movies
Boo. I am against disposable utensils/dishes. I will clean if necessary.

Which lead me to think... do they even have a tv? I didn't notice it on the list, but I'm not currently looking at it either.
We can always go old school with games galore. I think cards (which I can find) are in order... and perhaps something like balderdash or something? What's the one game Dave's particularly fond of?
I finally found evidence that the cabin comes with a tv. Took me a long time.
I have and will bring the following:
-a couple towels
-my sleeping bag
-blankets (I have about 4?)
-games (I have boggle, mono-polio, clue, and uno)
-I'll bring but i don't have any scary ones. however, I advocate watching scary movies in spite of stephanie's protests :) Compromise: Cabin Fever. I have the file on my computer, which I suppose I could bring, but I don't really want to.
-looks like lawn chairs are taken care of, but if not I might be able to bring 2 more if my parents can find them.

theres an indoor pool at the lodge we are staying at a cabin. ill bring apples to apples, racko, and battle of the sexes?

dave when is your flight getting in, and sara where are you going to be, your dorm or your parents place?
I was going to pick Dave up from the Dayton airport around 3:30 on Friday. I'll be leaving from my house, and anyone who wants to join me is most welcome. We'd probably go directly to the cabin. Steph, if you wanted to carpool, you could meet at my house, come to the airport, and then to the cabin.
I'm also bringing a box of firewood. My parents got the hook up. I propose s'mores.

I am a chronic over-packer...so this is what I am akshually bringing:
-sleeping equipment
-fire wood (The more I think about it, the more I wonder if this is truly necessary. I am dubious about the amount of firewood my dad put into this box. It's a big damn box.)
-brownies (from scratch!)
-games and movies
-matches, flashlight
-my dvd player? I guess?
This is a lot of stuff?
It seems about right. Also I plan on making a fire each evening, so plenty of firewood will work. Btw did Scott get in touch with you amanda?
